CEF of Eastern PA started their ministry to children in 1938 in Philadelphia.  Lebanon County’s  work started in 1945.  Our ministry became incorporated in 1959.  CEF of Lebanon County is one of 19 chapters affiliated with CEF of Eastern PA.
